Pizza that Packs a Health Punch!

If youre the type always looking to use the things in your freezer, then grab that frozen spinach and put it to work. Not only will you work in a sometimes hard to move ingredient with this recipe, you are pairing it with a well loved product. Everyone loves cheese!
And it gets even better. You see, all this cheese in this tasty recipe is good for you. Dairy products like cheese is full of nutrients (nine to be exact) like protein, vitamin D, phosphorus, and calcium. They give you strong bones, healthy teeth, and they can even help you maintain a health weight! Wow, with all this talk of dairy products, Im getting hungry! Maybe I could have some cheese, or milk, maybe some ice cream, there are so many great dairy products to choose from.
This recipe is not only good for you, but its delicious too. It also packs quite a punch, with 4 different cheeses! What a good start toward getting your recommended 3 servings of dairy each day!
Cheese n greens pizza 2 (9 inch) pie crusts 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained -1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 15 ounces ricotta cheese 8 ounces mozzarella cheese 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 cups diced Cheddar cheese 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Press bottom pie crust into glass pie dish. 2.In a large bowl, combine the spinach, salt, pepper, nutmeg, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Cheddar cheeses. Mix together well and pour into bottom pie crust. Place second pie crust on top of filling and trim edges. 3.Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes and cut into wedges.
